Developing and considering the rights of the members and their intrests giving by law. Meeting the cultural and social needs of the members in order to keep alive shared memories belonging to military service. Providing continuation and being stronger of the solidarity between members. Giving economic support in the terms of Atatürk's youths,growing up the youths with love of Atatürk

Work styles and facility subjects of the association ,in order to realize these purposes, by assessing with all dimensions of the retirement phenomenon like social,economic, cultural, political and international relation by providing very strict coordination and cooperation with all office and unit of National Defense Ministry and Turkish Armed Forces. Producing new analysis, answers with the support providing by them ,within the science and law atmosphere

a. For being follower of Atatürk' s revolutions; preparing scientific meetings, lectures and exhibitions by making cooperation with Universities and associations.

pioneering to appropriate Atatürk Thinking System to public by visiting with great comunities to An?tkabir in the anniversary of Atatürk's death and TESUD's construction day.

b. Participating very important ceromonies in our National Days, proposing to exalt the love of the community, nation and the flag.

c. mentioning the holy memoirs of our martyr in order to keep them alive in our memories. Organizing facilities in the specified days by providing participation of our informed, experienced retired officers.

d. Saving, developing the rights and the intrests of the members ; being given by law to them.Attempting to find out the solution legally and managerially for problems preventing the purposes.

e. Opening establishments like publicguesthouse, camp, local rest home in order to keep alive shared memories of the membership, belonging to the military., provading the participation of the members the days of armed forces to prapare the meetings

f. Preparing social and developing facilities in order to respond to educational and cultural needs of the members and teir families; publishing the books, the review, periodically publishing bulletin by using language which is convenient to the level of the members.

Preparing the meetings at special days , talking at the ceremonies, creating the possibility to participation to radio and television programs. Constructing library at the center of the association and its departments, constructing very convenient environments for participating the members.

g. Constructing the relationship if necessary ; for providing the cooperation between members and their families by learning their occupation. Helping one another and providing the response to the needs

Dealing with the problems whwn members and their families become ill by visiting them,

Coordinating with National Defense Ministry , in the subject of finding the job to member' s family.

Helping in the situation of death of the member, being helpful to construct communication between them by asceartaining the occupation of the children of the members

h.Showing necessary intrest to the members and their families in the situation of death and illness`, especially constructing special help fund at he departments in order to become helpful in the situation of the death and ilness .

j. Constructing research council for making much more facilities specifying useful rules and regulations. Aiming and purposing to increase supports of the members to National solidarity, exalting Nation, motherland love.

İnviting experienced officers in their own subject to the council

Attempting to publish and to press the products of this council; finding the solutions to national and international problems; providing platform with the desicion of aothorative units in order realise the shared purpose , trade unions, pious foundation and the other civil society establishment.

j. Opening the department in the direction of the purposes ; appointing the tepresantatives by being membership to organizations like Federations and Konfederations when they are under construction or later; developing the ideas by yourself or by other establishments and extending the idea and thoughts..

k. Composing nursery and forest oneself or commonly; opening the compaign relating with it.

l. Constructing the fund for responding short- term credit needs, necessary need materials like food and clothes, but not to transfer with other name sor not tos hare the intrest
